With sincere compassion, we respectfully announce the transition of Mr. Jerome Edward "Baby-Boy" Miles. A resident of Montgomery, AL, Mr. Miles transitioned Wednesday, May 7th, 2025. He was 55. A Public Visitation will be held Friday, May 16th, 2025 from 4-6PM at Jackson Professional Funeral Services. The Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 17th, 2025 in the Alfredia Smith Jackson Honorary Chapel of Jackson Professional Funeral Services @ 2PM. Committal and Interment will follow in Kindle Memorial Cemetery.
Jerome Miles was born on December 2, 1969 to Louis Earl Miles, Sr. and Bertha Mae Miles. He was a successful Construction Worker & Roofer. Jerome loved his family, fishing and Alabama Football. Throughout his life he was known for many laughs, leaving numerous memories with those whom he unconditionally loved.
On Wednesday, May 7, 2025 he was called home to rest after battling with cancer. Although he departed this life, he left many fond memories. Jerome was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers: Louis Earl Miles, Jr. and Willie Charles Miles.
Those who remain to cherish his memories are; his wife: Evon (Mercy) Miles; a step-daughter: Bretney Jackson; grandsons: Christopher Jackson, Camare’ Jackson & Cobe Jackson; sisters & devoted brothers-in-law: Flora King, Shirley (Samuel) Key, Mary Miles and Brenda (Patrick) Reed; aunts: Eliza Hyde, Savannah Jackson, Linda Starks, Annetta (Barrett) Alexander, Shielia (Wilson) Hinkle and Ora (Arthur) Haley; uncles: Willie (Mae) Smith & Edward (Sandra) Smith; nephews: Starkey (Tiffany) King, Samuel (Kawanda) Key, Vinterrance Key & Anquirio (Laportia) Miles; nieces: Reshondra Miles, Latonya (Tevin) Thomas, Bre’anna Miles, & Latasha Key; and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
