With sincere compassion, we respectfully announce the transition of Mr. Joseph H. Endinger. A native, and resident of Montgomery, AL, Mr. Endinger transitioned, Saturday, January 27th, 2024. He was79. A memorial service will be held Saturday February 3rd, 9:30 am, at Frazer Church 6000 Atlanta Hwy, Montgomery, AL. 36117. A reception will follow at 11:00 am in the church parlor.
Joseph H. Endinger, aged 79, passed away peacefully at home on January 27th, 2024 after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife: Guan Zhen Lu; his sons: Joseph Endinger (Carla) and Zhang Yin; his daughters: Linda Feldinger (Marla) and Zhang Jiao Shu; grandson: Ethan Endinger; and granddaughters: Anna Endinger and Zhang Faith. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Ruth Endinger, and his second wife Jean Nelson Endinger.
Joe was a native of Mobile, Alabama, where he attended Vigor High School before making a career of the US Army. He loved his country and was an ardent supporter of Second Amendment rights. Most of all, Joe was a fierce intellectual with a wicked sense of humor who loved nothing better than debating his friends, even if he actually agreed with their point of view. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends, both online and in real life.
