With sincere compassion, we respectfully announce the transition of LaMarch Terrell Richard Russell, Jr.. A native, and resident of Montgomery, AL, LaMarch transitioned Monday, July 10th, 2023. He was 21. A Public Visitation will be held Friday, July 21st, 2023 between the hours of 4PM and 6PM at Jackson Professional Funeral Services. On Saturday, July 22nd, 2023, Public Visitation will begin at 12 Noon, and continue until the Celebration of life begins at 1 PM at Anointed Remnant International Ministries. S.I.P. Gwendolyn Bradley is the Officiant; Bishop Dr. Willie L. Bradley is the Eulogist. Committal and Interment will follow at Brassell Historic Cemetery.
LaMarch Terrell Russell Richard, Jr. was born August 20, 2001 to Zeldra Denise Russell and LaMarch Terrell Richard. He received Christ under leadership of Reverend Clarence Varner at New Hope Baptist Church. "Syrup," as he was affectionately called, graduated from high school in 2019. Aspiring to further his education, LaMarch had just recently enrolled at Alabama State University.
Preceding him in death are his grandparents: Adolph Rowe Jr. and Julius Frances Richard; Uncles: Emsie D. Russell and Jessie L. Richard; and one aunt: Zora Mae Richard.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories; his loving parents: LaMarch and Zeldra Richard of Montgomery, AL; a loving and devoted son: Jace Zahir Khalil Russell of Montgomery, AL; four loving sisters: Za'Niyah Russell, Za'Keyah Russell, Lametria Richard, all of Montgomery, AL and Briana Richard of Memphis, TN; two loving brothers: LaMarcus Richard and Quintarius Richard, both of Montgomery, AL; two loving and caring grandparents: Edward Leon Russell, Jr. and Bettie Jefferson Russell, both of Montgomery, AL; five aunts: Quesha V. Russell and Earnestine Richard, both of Montgomery, AL; Stacy Richard, Janice Richard and Shadel (Donald) Johnson, all of Prattville, AL; six uncles: Edward (Sally) Russell, III, Dr. Terrell (Erica) D. Russell, Adrian Russell, Tracy (Jiahni) Richard and Tyrot (Christy) Richard. all of Montgomery, AL, and Derrick Richard of Clanton, AL; a special uncle: D’Andre (Ashley) Russell; three nieces: Kinsley, Kalani, and Karlee Nelson; one nephew: Logan Sullivan; the mother of his precious son: Janiah Rogers; and one nep dog: Princeton Russell; a special mentor: Pastor Terrance Jones; and host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
