Mary L. (Young) Perkins

 Ms. Mary Lee (Young) Perkins “MaeLee”

Was born on July 11th, 1940 to Annie B Young & Henry Jones. At an early age, she committed to Christ, and was a member of Bell Missionary Baptist Church. Later in life she joined First Baptist Hope Hull and was a member until her life ended. During her lifetime she worked for National Industries. Some of the things that she enjoyed were cooking, playing cards, and spending time with her family and friends.

On May 13th, 2020, Mary answered the call of the Master and transitioned from earth to glory. She is preceded in death by her mother, Annie B. Young Jackson; father, Henry Jones; husband, Claude Perkins Sr.; sister, Elouise Young; sons, Edward & Alvin Young; daughters, Brenda & Cynthia Young; and a stepson, Claude Perkins, Jr.

Mary leaves to forever cherish and adore her profound memories, five loving and devoted children; her son, Willie Young; daughters, Cassandra (Michael) McDonald, Tracey (Edward) Savage, Tisha Perkins all of Montgomery, AL and Angela Perkins of Atlanta, Ga. Three step-children, John Jessie & Inell Perkins. Thirty- seven (37) grandchildren, seventy-nine (79) great- grandchildren, eleven (11) great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
